Corporate Governance means responsible, transparent leadership as well as company control. It is not only determined by adherence to formal rules, but above all by the existence of leadership which pursues the company's success and value enhancement over the long term and observes the reasonable interests of the various stakeholders.
In Germany, the Corporate Governance framework is defined by law as well as by the recommendations and suggestions of the German Corporate Governance Code.
